By-laws

Definitions:

In the interpretation of these bye-laws, the following expressions shall have the meaning given below unless repugnant to or inconsistent with subject or context:

1. The Institute” or “ICMAP” shall mean Institute of Cost & Management accountants of Pakistan.
2. The “General Council” OR “Council” shall mean the council established pursuant to these bye-laws.
3. The “National Council” shall mean the National Council of the Institute of Cost & Management accountants of Pakistan.
4. The “Executive Board” shall mean the Executive Board established pursuant to these byelaws.
5. The “Office” shall mean the registered office of the Foundation.
